Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Your connection is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption (indicated by the padlock icon in your browser). Card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never visible to our staff.

Pricing & Currency

All prices shown on Xiza Ltd are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The total price at checkout is the amount that will be charged to your chosen payment method.

Your card issuer may apply its own authorisation checks or foreign exchange rules where relevant. Any such charges or timings are set by your bank, not by Xiza Ltd.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund has been processed, it typically appears within 5–10 working days depending on your card issuer.
